1. Warranty Coverage

Hokido.xyz provides a limited warranty on all products purchased directly from our website. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a specified period (see below). The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or modifications made to the product.

Warranty Period

  • House Painting Tools (Brushes, Rollers, etc.): 1 year from the date of purchase
  • Painting Equipment (Sprayers, Power Tools, etc.): 2 years from the date of purchase
  • Accessories (Protective Gear, Tape, etc.): 6 months from the date of purchase

Please retain your proof of purchase, as it will be required to process any warranty claims.


2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling, including but not limited to using the product for applications other than its intended purpose.
  • Normal wear and tear, such as bristle shedding in brushes or roller covers, or paint build-up over time.
  • Damage from accidents (drops, impacts, or exposure to excessive heat or cold).
  • Products not purchased through Hokido.xyz, such as those bought from third-party sellers, unauthorized retailers, or second-hand sources.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications made by anyone other than Hokido.xyz or our authorized service partners.

3. How to Request Warranty Service

If you believe your product is defective and within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at admin@hokido.xyz with the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Order number and/or proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
    • A description of the issue you’re experiencing with the product
    • Photos or videos of the defective product, if applicable

Step 2: Review and Assessment

Our customer service team will review your warranty claim and determine whether the issue falls under the warranty coverage. We may contact you for additional details or troubleshooting.

Step 3: Resolution

If your claim is approved:

  • We will either replace the defective product or offer a full refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping charges).
  • If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund, provided the product is returned in its original condition.

If we determine the product does not qualify for warranty service, we will inform you of the reason for the decision.


4. Return and Replacement Process

If your product is approved for return or replacement under warranty, please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team. You may be required to return the defective product to us, and we will cover the return shipping costs for warranty claims.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or ship a replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 business days for this process to be completed.


5. Limitation of Liability

Hokido.xyz is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to damage to property or personal injury. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product that is found to be defective.


6. Changes to the Warranty Policy

Hokido.xyz reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
