1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in new, unused, and resellable condition.
  • The item is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all included accessories (if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Paints, stains, and other liquid products.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards and digital downloads.

3. How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at admin@hokido.xyz or through our contact page. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include all parts, accessories, and instructions to ensure it is returned in a resellable condition.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Send the item to the address provided in your RA instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 30 days of your original purchase. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with exchanges.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@hokido.xyz. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We may offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference.

6. Restocking Fee

In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returns that do not meet the original packaging and condition requirements. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
